No recipe. Just make a cream sauce and rice. Add any toppings you like. (if you need a recipe, see my white sauce recipe and add chicken bouillon, garlic and onion powder, salt & pepper to taste.)

Mandarin oranges

Bell peppers
Tomato
Broccoli
Assemble toppings in a bar style and everyone can chose what to put on their own plate of rice.
